The Library

You decide to go into the Library.  It isn't the musty, dusty place full of old books you might have expected. In fact, it's well-lit and has comfortable chairs and tables arranged in neat lines. Seated at one of the tables is what looks to be a young catgirl. Her purple hair falls to her waist, with pointed ears sticking from the top of her head. A cute purple tail is draped over the chair's arm, wiggling every so often. To complete the image of almost unbearable cuteness, she wears a light blue top and pink shorts, with nothing covering her catlike feet, which kick the air idly as she reads a book. Every so often she lets out a giggling, girlish squeal and seems to wriggle on the seat. Only by looking hard can you see what seems to be a doglike creature under the tables with an impossibly long tongue. Apparently, her wiggling feet are attracting its notice, because every so often the long, dangling tongue licks along her sole. Still, the girl makes no move to shoo the creature away, and acknowledges you with a cute smile and giggle before reading her book again. Looking past the catgirl, there are the stacks, with the books arranged by subject. You walk over to the library listing and examine the sections there. The rows of books go on for quite some distance, and the library itself is rather big. You could go explore around the room some more, or take out one of the books and settle down to read.
